Post subject:  Tuned up and ready to make sawdust!

I lent my sander to my brother for the summer, he had a big project to work on. I got it back this evening and went about putting on a new conveyor belt and drum belt. The old one had seen many better days.

Looking good. I need to tune up my 10-20 with he balancing light bulb trick and a new feed belt.

Looks brand new. I did the same thing on my 18x36 Delta a couple months ago.

Yeah it needed it. All I have ever done to it is run wood through it. It was time for some TLC..

Hey Lance how hard is it to replace the conveyor belt sand paper? Looks like a pain.

The two bolts on the end that hold the conveyor to the frame come off, the belt then slips right on. It took about 20 including messing with the alignment to get the belt to track straight.
